Mr. Reggie Bullock led Eastern Province Kappas complete the first ever "One Kappa" Kamp Kappa. Participants came from several chapters, and one came from California as in the case of Mr. Tanvir Hossain. The Senior Vice Polemarch of the Eastern Province, Mr. Steven Harris, came from Richmond, and last years' camp director Mr. Ken Harris came from Florida. Sixty-two youth benefitted from leadership, teambuilding, mentoring and professional development training over the 6 day camp.

The Alexandria-Fairfax(VA)Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund was incorporated March 2, 1990. KSEF is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide financial assistance to deserving students through scholarships and other types of financial aid who might find it difficult to attend college otherwise. Scholars are awarded $8,000 scholarships spread across a four-year college enrollment.
